- Be available to consult with you on any last minute details during the weeks prior to your wedding.
- Create reception site design.
- Obtain copies of all vendor contracts from you to ensure all items and services you contracted for are provided the day of.
- Final walk through of ceremony and reception sites.
- Assist with any last minute projects such as seating assignments, place cards, programs, menu cards, favors,etc.
- Assist with final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything on your “to do” list.
- Make last minute suggestions of items that may not have made the “to do” list.
- Become the liaison between you and your vendors.
- Remind you of the due date for final count and event details for the venue, and rehearsal dinner location.
